Welcome to my website! I am a yoga teacher/ student, reiki practitioner, adventurer and nature lover living in the heart of beautiful Sri Lanka.
I have been sharing my love of yoga as a full-time teacher since 2010. It has been a journey of self discovery and an adventure that has led me around the world to teach in over 10 countries to date. Yoga has been an immense teacher and gift on this path. It has given me a profound sense of purpose, and unlocked an entirely new energy, creativity, passion and joy in my life 💚
My practice is what helps me stay equanimous, sensitive, and capable of forming a deep connection to myself and others. My heartfelt intention is to inspire the same in you, so you can live vibrantly in your body, move through life with a greater sense of ease, and set the stage for healthier relationships within yourself, your community and with the planet!
